This blade is good for drop coat breeds such as Cockers, Maltese and dogs with soft hair.
It combs the coat down as you clip, leaving a smooth finish.

Size 7 ~ Skip Tooth
Leaves Hair – 1/8 inch (3.2mm)
This is the shortest of the skip tooth blades.
Used for very matted dogs that other blades can not penetrate.
Since the blade features a flat face and wider spacing between the teeth it can penetrate the skin, please pull skin tight to avoid this.
